Supporting you and your child: Understanding sleep Together 

Join us for a 3-part workshop to help you and your child with sleep. The course is for parents of children under the age of five.

• Understand children's sleep patterns better 
• Share tips and experiences with other parents 
• Discover techniques to help children fall and stay asleep 
• Create a personalised sleep plan for your child
