LUPUS Awareness

Lupus is a disease which is often invisible, presenting with no (or few) visible symptoms. It is an autoimmune condition which has many possible symptoms and can have a significant impact on someone's health and lifestyle. People with lupus often experience significant delays in getting a diagnosis which prevents early treatment to help limit the impact the disease can have. Lupus is very poorly understood by much of the UK public and even the medical profession. We would like to thank everyone who is sharing their story this Lupus Awareness Month - #THISISLUPUS Learn more about lupus at www.lupusuk.org.uk
